Lid: The lid must be used in MANUAL, MEAL TIMER, PROGRAM, RICE, and SOUS VIDE

Sous Vide Rack: The removable Sous Vide rack is used in SOUS

Stainless Steel Vessel: The stainless steel vessel must be in place

Temperature Probe – The long, thin pointed end of the probe is the temperature probe
which is inserted into the water in SOUS VIDE mode, or to measure internal temperature

side of the multi-function cooker.
