Uitvoering van een test DC Green System
Constant speed:
Th e pressure can be adjusted by adjusting the vacuum
relief valve, see Service
To check the regulating function:
1. All outlets must be shut down. Connect the suction
equipment which has the smallest dimension/longest
hose.

Service DC Green System
DC Green System (2b):
Th e sensor's function should be checked at the service
of the pump.
1. Check the switchover between the saving mode and
the operating mode according to "Test Running".
2. Check the operating pressure when the system is in
the operating mode (at least one outlet opened).
2. Th e system should then run up and adjust itself to
the working pressure.
3. Un-plug the suction equipment.
4. Th e system should then after about one minut run
down to the saving mode.

If the thermo-protector alarm appears, fi rst you should
investigate the function of the fl ow sensor. If the system
does not switch to saving mode when all outlets are
closed the pump will overheat. Th is fault can occur if
the fl ow sensor is faulty; it could be a big air leak in
the system or that the suction equipment is admitting
too little air.
