1. Introduction - Manual purpose/Field of application

This instruction manual is for the HP3 refrigeration unit.
The unit's documentation consists of:
- Use and maintenance manual - installation and electronic unit use manual - system electric diagrams
- unit electric diagrams.
The following information aims to provide instructions with regard to:
- Use of the unit - technical characteristics - installation and assembly - information for personnel
responsible for use - maintenance operations.
The manual should be considered part of the unit and should be kept for as long as the unit is in place.
The manufacturer is relieved from all liability in the following situations:
- Improper use of the unit - improper installation, not performed according to the instructions provided -
electrical power defects - serious deficiencies in carrying out scheduled maintenance - non-
authorized modifications or interventions - use of non-original spare parts - partial or total disregard
for the instructions.
The manual must be available to operators and maintenance staff for consultation at all times. In the
event of transfer to third parties, it must be delivered to the new user or owner, duly informing the
suppliers in a timely manner. If lost of damaged, please contact the supplier.
N.B.READ THIS MANUAL CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE UNIT
N.B.Electrical appliances can be dangerous to health. Current laws and regulations must be
applied during installation and use.
All persons who use this machine must read this manual.

2. Warrantee (only for Italy)

HP3 units are covered by a warrantee for one year, from the moment the system is inspected.
The warrantee includes labor and materials necessary to restore the unit to correct functioning for
problems that derive from manufacturing errors or defects.
The warrantee does not cover restoration operations for functioning caused by improper use of the
unit, or due to not following the indications contained in the unit's documentation, including the present
Manual. In the case that a "Technical Assistance Agreement" was signed, please refer to the same in
order to determine the fees and obligations which fall to the various parties.
