There is a rating plate on the unit with all the data regarding characteristics. We recommend that you
keep a copy of this data in the office of the employees assigned to supervise and maintain these
systems:
1) Product commercial name
2) Product code
3) Serial number
4) Power supply voltage - Number of phases - Power supply frequency
5) Electricity requirement
6) Current
7) Refrigerating power supplied
8) Maximum current absorbed achievable by the machine in transitory conditions
9) Refrigerating gas type
10) Maximum reachable pressure
11) Reference evaporation pressure
12) Reference condensation pressure
13) Machine production work order number
14) Order number for machine production
15) Production year
16) EC mark with identification number of the Notified Organization, in accordance with Directive 97/23/EC
In the case of a request for technical assistance, it is enough to communicate the following for
identification of the unit:
- product name (Fig. 2 - 1); serial number (Fig. 2 - 3); work order number (Fig. 2 - 13).
8. Usage conditions
HP3 refrigeration units were designed and created so as to guarantee the utmost safety during
installation and operation.
In order to guarantee safety and proper unit functioning, it is important to carefully follow the indications
in the Manual, avoiding operations which could cause malfunctions and risks for the user.
We recommend that the following procedures are followed with extreme care:
- Refer to the technical documentation for any operation to be carried out on the unit. Any operation
not found here must be authorized by the manufacturer.
- The "Machine Room" must have dimensions that are appropriate for the unit and respect the EN 378-
2 norms.
Before carrying out any operation, make sure that:
- Electrical power has been cut off from the machine, using the selector on the control panel
- Make sure that no parts are under pressure or connected to the power supply
- Check that the temperature of the various parts is not hot enough to cause burns
- Place a sign on the control panel indicating the unit state so as to avoid undesired start ups.
HP3 refrigerated systems are designed to be positioned outdoors, directly connected to the liquid
coolant distribution system of the appliances and to the return of the evaporated gas from the same.
If the machine must be positioned indoors, please contact the technical office of ARNEG S.p.A. before
installation.
