Problem

For any queries or request for spare parts, please state the model and identification
number of your machine (Fig. 5).

Cause and/or solution
Lack of electrical current.
Fuse burnt out. (Fig. 11-1)
Power cable improperly connected.
Turn on the power switch. Fig. 6
Humidity in electronic plate. Provide dry heat to the plate.
Front Cover and / or Juice Tray not properly in place. (Figs. 8, 9 & 10)
Check if you are using hard frozen oranges
Check if orange peels have piled up on the Juice Tray
Check if squeezing Balls are properly tightened
Check if orange peels are stuck inside the Cups.
In order to unblock the machine,
-
Switch off the machine
-
use an Allen key 5mm provided with the machine into the
machine right side hole (Fig. 20) and turn the Allen key
clockwise until the Cups are facing up vertically.

Remove the Allen Key before switching ON the machine.
Fastening Nuts not properly tightened.
More washers than necessary under the squeezing Balls.
Squeezing Balls not properly tightened
The Blade is not properly positioned.
Oranges are either too small or too large for the size of squeezing Cups
used.
The Blade has been misplace placed on top of the Blade shaft.
Squeezing Balls not properly tightened.
Fastening Nuts not properly tightened.
More washers than necessary under the squeezing Balls.
Washers missing under the squeezing Balls.
Orange peels are too thin. Place extra washers under the squeezing
Balls ( maximum two washers)
Oranges used are too big.
The Hopper Plate is not properly tightened.
Correct the Cups stop position using the Programmer:
- Switch OFF the machine.
- Switch ON the machine pressing the ON bottom simultaneously. A
number of four digits will be shown on the Programmer display. The four
digits will remain on the display for only 3 seconds.
- Before the four digits disappear, press bottom ON.
- A number between 0 and 9 will be shown on the Programmer display.
This number represents 1/10 second delay of the moment when the
machine stops.
- If it is necessary to stop the machine before the time established,
select a smaller number.
- To modify the number on the Programmer display, press ON until you
visualize the wanted number. Wait for five seconds until the Programmer
memorized the number.
-Check that the Cups stop position is correct. If not, repeat the same
steps selecting a different number.
