This equipment is for PROFESSIONAL use only. Before
starting it up you must have read and understood all the
guidelines described in this manual, taking them into
account and fulfilling them.
This manual must be kept in a safe place, accessible to all
the users of the equipment.
The unit must be started and used exclusively by person-
nel instructed in its use and must be employed only for the
The equipment you now have belongs to a family of
products that transfer products at low pressure, which by
means of a spray gun, may be sprayed on directly.
The standard equipment is comprised of:
- Double membrane pump
- Pressure regulator for the outlet of the product (Versions
DM01/300 and DM01/400)
- Pressure regulator for the air inlet (Versions DM01/300
and DM01/400)
The equipment unit is comprised of a dual membrane
pneumatic pump, by means of which from an original
container product is transferred to another at adjustable
pressure or to a spraying device (spray gun).
The unit can be supplied in different versions:
-In its basic version it is solely comprised of a dual mem-
brane pump and in the standard versions or special ones
for abrasives, of the DM aluminium and the DM special
abrasives models.
- With pump bracket (mobile or wall-mounted), air and
product pressure regulators and a gravity tank into which
the product to be transferred or applied is dumped.
- With pump bracket (mobile or wall-mounted), air and
product pressure regulators and an absorption probe,
which is directly inserted into the tank that contains the
product to be transferred or applied.
