Lifting instructions

LAF 1251 BR can be transported in two ways:
1 - To lift the power source with the lifting eyes located above the top cover. NOTE: Always
lift the power source with the two lifting eyes and with the sides and covers mounted.
2 - Transport using a forklift by inserting the forks between the feets and ensure that the
base is supported.
CAUTION
Risk of falling during transport operation if the
machine is inclined at an angle exceeding 10 °. In
this case provide the appropriate locking means.
4.4 Mains power supply
The power supply voltage requirements are indicated in the nominal board.
It should be fed from an independed main supply of adequate capacity, in order to
guarantee its perfect performance and to reduce welding faults and eventual damage
caused by other equipment, such as resistant welding machine, electric engines, etc.
For electric feeding of a LAF 1251 BR, the user can use the input cable supplied with 4
wires (3 phases cables and 1 earth cable) or an appropriate cable with correspondent
length and with 4 wires (3 phases cables and 1 earth cable). In all the cases above, the
electric feeding should be done with a switch with fuses or circuit breaker properly
dimensioned.
The chart 4.1 gives dimension cables of line and fuses, otherwise check the standards.
