Level n 7, Fig. 1 has a button that, when pressed, brakes both tracks at the
same time during steering operations.
5.3.2 parking brake
When parking brake take-up is excessive, the brake should be registered.
To register the parking brake, slacken off locking nut n.3 fig. 6 and adjust the
corresponding sleeve:
This registration should be done on both sides on both the left and right locking
rods.
Every 30 hours grease the main and parking brake pinions through the grease
nipple on the bottom of the casing (n.4 fig.6).
It is advisable to use AGIP GREASE LP2 grease.
5.4 OIL SUPPLY REQUIREMENTS
5.4.1 GEARBOX
Check the level every 150 hours using the dipstick n.15 fig.1.
It is advisable to use AGIP SUPER TRASCTOR UNIVERSAL SAE 15W/40 oil.
Change the oil every 1000 hours (plug n.15 fig. 1).
Quantity needed: about 14 Kg.
Oil drain: plug A fig.9.
5.4.2 FINAL DRIVES
Check the level every 150 hours by removing plug D fig. 9.
It is advisable to use AGIP ROTRA MP SAE 85W/140 oil.
Change the oil every 1000 hours (plug n.B fig. 9). Quantity needed: about 1.5Kg
for each final drive.
Oil drain: plug C fig.9.
5.4.3 CLEANING TRANSMISSION AND LIFT OIL FILTER
The filter should be cleaned every 300 hours, every oil change.
Drain the oil, remove the filter wash it with petrol or diesel, dry it and replace it in
its seating. Clean the filter after the first 50 hours.
