Commissioning report

Once installation has finished this commissioning report can be use to as a guide to system verification operations.
Description
Assembly
Collector fastenings have been carried out following instructions.
Roof covering has been installed after attaching
fixings in accordance with instructions.
Roof covering has been installed after attaching
flanges in accordance with instructions.
The roof has not been damaged.
Any collector protectors have been removed.
Drain pipes are correctly installed. Bleed and safety valves for tank to drain and
primary valve, independently to a container.
The bleed conduit is installed on the safety valve on
the water inlet and connected to the drain.
Thermostatic mixer is installed. Temperature is adjusted and controlled.
Start-up
Seal leak tightness is controlled by shut off valves, conical seal metallic fittings and
filling/drain taps.
The accumulator has been purged.
Regulation system
Temperature collectors provide realistic values.
The solar pump works.
The hydraulic diagram is correctly selected.
The solar circuit and accumulate heat up

Following operating instructions.
Document delivery, eventually with special installation drawing.
Solar regulator basic and control functions.
Maintenance intervals.
