Attach the handle bar (4) to the main frame by screw (28), spring washer
(24) and curved washer (26) with holes and tighten. Insert console(11) to
table board and align with screw (22) and tighten with wrench. Connect the
console wire (82) and pulse sensor (83) to back of the console (11).
