SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS.
PROBLEM
Nothing works.
No image appears on the
monitor.
There is a distortion in the image
on the monitor or this appears
blank.
There is no audio connection.
The door opener does not work.
There is no lighting in the camera
module.
PROBLEM SOLVING.
POSSIBLE FAULT
Check the voltages between terminal blocks 1-2 (12 VAC) and between 11-5F (16VDC±
1VDC) in the power supplies. If there are problems with any of these outputs, disconnect
the PRIM cables, wait for one minute and reconnect them. Should the problem persist,
check the installation connections.
Check connection cables 11-5 (16VDC± 1VDC) in the monitor. There should be 12 VDC
between terminal blocks 14 and 5F of the camera module when the monitor is switched on.
The video signal cable (coaxial or twisted pair) must be connected correctly. Verify there is
a connector between the audio module and the camera module in the street panel. In the
case of there being video distributors in the installation, check they have correct power
supply.
Check the connection of the video signal cable (coaxial or twisted pair) and its distribution.
Check the connection of cables 5, 6 and 7.
Check the state of cables 3 and 4. Also verify the connection of cable No. 8 between the
street panel and the monitor.
There should be 12VDC ± 1VDC between terminal blocks 14 and 5F of the camera module
when the monitor is switched on. Check the connector reaching the camera has been
connected properly.
