Lift the HAND PIECE from the BASE UNIT and
check the SKIN CONTACT SENSORS. The SKIN
CONTACT SENSORS should slightly protrude
from the sides of the HAND PIECE window.
You should be able to press the SKIN CONTACT
SENSORS down so that they are flush with the
HAND PIECE FLASH WINDOW and they should
spring back to about 2mm when released.
If the SKIN CONTACT SENSORS do not depress
or spring back, they may be stuck and may
require cleaning. See "After Your Remington
iLIGHT Hair Removal System Treatment" in
the TOC for instructions on how to clean your
device. If you still can't get it working, contact
Customer Service for help. See page 48.
