3.3.2 Indicaciones generales

La reutilización de cierres de anillo deslizante
que ya se han empleado durante mucho tiempo
plantea el peligro de escapes en la superficie
deslizante después del nuevo montaje. Por ello
se recomienda sustituir el cierre de anillo
deslizante por uno nuevo. El fabricante puede
reparar el cierre
desmontado y
repuesto.

3.3.3 Indicaciones para el montaje

¡Mantener un grado máximo de limpieza! Las
superficies de deslizamiento sobre todo deben
estar limpias, secas y sin daños. No aplicar
lubricante o antigripante en las superficies de
deslizamiento del cierre de anillo deslizante.
Si al paquete del cierre de anillo deslizante de
repuesto le acompaña
recomienda utilizarlo.
Cabe utilizar grasas o aceites minerales sólo
cuando se esté totalmente seguro de que los
elastómeros del cierre de anillo deslizante son
resistentes al aceite. No utilizar siliconas.
Conviene utilizar antigripantes cuando se esté
completamente seguro de que no se producirá
ninguna reacción peligrosa entre éstos y el
medio de bombeado.
Prepare todas las piezas necesarias para que
el montaje se
antigripantes tienen un efecto muy breve, de tal
manera que la movilidad y con ello el ajuste
automático de los elastómeros se pierde.
No desplace nunca los elastómeros sobre
cantos afilados. En caso necesario, utilice
casquillos de montaje.
Mueva los cierres de anillo deslizante con
fuelles de dilatación de tal manera que el fuelle
quede pegado y no se estire (¡peligro de
rotura!)
3.4 Disposición de los cojinetes
La bomba debe disponer de rodamientos lubricados
con grasa durante toda su vida útil.
