Programming a BUG-R radio control
1. Connect a programming cable on the connector located on the right side of the
programmer.
2. Select the radio control code and client code to assign to the radio control to be
programmed.
3. Select the menu "ROLLING MENU" and press "".
4. Select the page "RADIOCONTROL CODE" to modify the relative code.
5. Select the page "CLIENT CODE" to modify the relative client code.
6. Select the page "BUG-R PROGRAM".
7. Set up the radio control for programming: Press and hold the two radio control keys at the
same time for at least 3 seconds. A series of 3 brief fl ashes indicates that the programming
mode has been enabled. Connect the programming cable to the radio control.
8. Press the key "" on the programmer.
9. Wait for the programming procedure. On completion, the operation is confi rmed (positive
or negative). If the operation fails (the display shows the message "Progr. ERROR") repeat
programming from point 7. If the operation is successful, the message "Programming. OK" is
displayed, in this case TAUPROG automatically increases the value "Radiocon. Code" and
the device is ready to create a new compatible radio control.
10. To program other radio controls consecutively, repeat the procedure from point 7.
Notes:
-
After each correct programming procedure, the radio control code is increased automatically.
In the event of a programming error, the code is NOT increased.
-
Ensure that there are no other radio control transmissions in progress at the time of
programming. These can create interference, causing a programming failure.
-
Take care to ensure that all radio controls to be memorised in an apartment block system
have the same client code.
-
If not programmed within 30 seconds the radio control exits the programming mode, emitting
short fl ashes repeated three times
