WARNING!
Never remove the spring from the drum and spring assembly.
Replacement springs are sealed for safety.
WARNING!
• The system must not be used for other purposes than extracting
exhausts.
• The system must only be used in combination with the anchor plate
which is to be mounted on the vehicle.
• The system must not be used when working on the vehicle´s fuel
system or whenever there is a risk for inflammable dust or explosive
gases.
• The system is designed for use only in the direction of the length of the
rail.
• Check that there is enough suction capacity in the exhaust hose before
it is connected to the vehicle exhaust pipe. If needed, check the fan
impeller rotation direction and/or damper function.
• Check that the nozzle is correctly fitted to the exhaust pipe after the
vehicle has been moved. Check that the hose or nozzle will not snag on
any protruding parts on the vehicle.
• Do not extract hot, burning or ignited material or substances that might
react with parts or materials from the suction system.
• Repair of damaged cables or other electrical components should be
done by a qualified electrician. If the power cable failed, please replace
only with the same type.

Maintenance

Installation, repair and maintenance work is to be carried out by qualified
personnel using only original Nederman spare parts. Contact your nearest
authorized distributor or Nederman for advice on technical service.

The service intervals in this chapter are based on the unit being
professionally maintained.

Ordering spare parts

When ordering spare parts always state the following:
• Part number and control number (see the product identification plate).
• Detail number and name of the spare part (see www.nederman.com).
• Quantity of the parts required.

Recycling

The product has been designed for component materials to be recycled.
Its different material types must be handled according to relevant local
regulations. Contact the distributor or Nederman if uncertainties arise when
scrapping the product at the end of its service life.
