5.1.5. Empty

When it is needed to empty the pool, it can be done with the filtration pump by setting the valves in the position
indicated in Fig.8.1. To avoid the entrance of air into the filter and/or into the pump, the valves of the skimmers,
overflow channel, and cleaning lines must be closed once the pipeline is empty.

5.1.6. Closed

This maneuver is used when is needed to carry out a maintenance action. In this case, all the Valves are closed.

5.2. Operation with a 6-way valve:

5.2.1. Filtration

Set the valves in position indicated in Fig. 5.2.
During the normal operation of the filter, it is recommended to periodically check the control manometer, and to
perform a backwash of the filtration media when the difference in pressure is from 1 to 1,3 bar between both
manometers.
