Place the monitor (1) on the plate on the
main post (15), as shown in Fig.12,
making sure not to pinch the wires.
Use the previously removed screws (3)
to hold the monitor in place, Fig.12.
FOLDING YOUR UNIT.-
This machine is equipped with a
folding
mechanism
purposes. To use it unplug the mains
cable. Follow the steps in Fig.13:
1.- Position the hooks (60) upwards.
2.- Lift the footrest tubes (42R) and
(42L) and fix the hooks (60) on the
shaft of the bars.
3.- Then lift the rails upwards until they
are fixed on the knob (83).
UNFOLDING YOUR UNIT.-
If you wish to use the treadmill, do the
reverse procedure, Fig,14:
1.- Put your hand on the connection
tube.
2.-Step on the lever located under the
knob (83) or pull the knob to lower the
rails.
3.- Release the hooks (60) from the
shaft of the bars and lower the footrest
tubes (42R) and (42L). Put the hooks
in the locked position.

LEVELLING.-
Once the unit has been placed into its
final position, make sure that it sits flat
on the floor and that it is level. This can
be achieved by screwing the adjustable
feet (77) up or down, as shown in
Fig.16.
MOVEMENT & STORAGE.-
The unit is equipped with wheels (R),
as shown in Fig.15, which make it
easier to move. The two wheels at the
front of the unit make it easier to place
the unit in to any chosen position by
lifting the rear slightly
Store your unit in a dry place,
preferably not subject to changes in
temperature.
MAINS CONNECTION.-
Insert the jack (m) for the transformer
into the connection hole on the main
body (k) and then plug the transformer
(109) into a 230 V mains supply,
Fig.17.
