Communications Connection
• Remove the from the rail both patch-panels and hoses to be connected.
• Release one of the side panels from the patch-panel with the help of a screwdriver.
• Enter the fiber optic hoses via the corresponding packaging glands (4 square holes on the lower left part
of the unit)
• Reserve a section of the hose with a small loop with a radius no smaller than 6 cm before cutting the
corresponding distance.
• Peal the individual cables until you leave a 1 cm section bare, and enter them through the patch-panel´s
packaging glands.
• Press these cables in the corresponding connectors inside the patch-panel.
• Return the side cover and tighten the fastening bolts with a screwdriver.
• Replace the patch-panels previously removed from the rail.
