The Thomson IP colour video surveillance kit
is a comprehensive video surveillance solution
combining a 19 inch LCD screen and an 8-channel
IP digital video recorder. The system is a popular
choice because of its many features and professional
build quality and because it enables you to view
both live images or replay from your cameras. It is
ideal for shops, warehouses and even homes.
The kit allows you to record, erase and backup
the most recent recordings either manually or
automatically.
Recordings can either be continuous or triggered
when motion is detected in the field of one of the
cameras, or they can be triggered manually or at
programmed intervals.
The video surveillance kit allows you to convert
analogue PAL or NTSC video signals into digital
images for subsequent recording to hard disk so that
you can access recorded feeds virtually instantly.
The kit comes with 4 wired colour CMOS cameras
designed for use both indoors and outdoors (IP66)
which are fully weatherproof and can be either wall-
or ceiling-mounted.
The cameras are fitted with adjustable mounts for
ease of installation.
The cameras are equipped with infrared LEDs for
night vision (range up to 15 m) which are controlled
by a dusk-to-dawn sensor enabling black and white
images to be produced even in complete darkness.
They are also equipped with automatic gain and
white balance controls to maintain high image
quality, no matter what the conditions.
Finally, you can view your video feeds and control
your 19" IP colour video surveillance kit remotely
on your computer or smartphone via an Ethernet
connection that requires no setting up.
