Nozzle cleaning

1. Make sure the occupied sensor is not activated. DO
NOT sit on the seat or place hands on the seat sensor.
2. Press "Cleaning" button on remote. Posterior
(cleansing) nozzle comes out. Press "Cleaning" button
again on remote. Feminine (bidet) nozzle comes out.
Press this button again, feminine nozzle comes out.
• CAUTION – DO NOT forcefully push or pull the
nozzles or bend them. It may result in failure. Make
sure to use "Cleaning" button on the remote control.
3. Use a toothbrush or soft cloth to clean the nozzles.
4. Press "Stop" and nozzle will return to stand-by mode.
DO NOT lose or change tips.
DO NOT retract nozzles without a nozzle tip. It may
result in malfunction.
Strainer cleaning
1. Follow Seat Removal steps 1-4 to remove seat and
hoses.
2. Remove strainer from inlet adapter. Clean strainer and
reinstall.

3. Reinstall seat. Turn on water supply and check for
leaks and proper operation.

External cleaning
1. Disconnect the power plug when cleaning. Be careful
not to splash water on the plug or socket.
DANGER – Touching the power socket with wet
hands can cause electric shock.
2. Regularly wipe off the seat with a dry soft cloth or
sponge or clean with a tightly wrung, wet, soft cloth.
DO NOT spray water on the unit.
3. For care of plastic unit, only use mild cleaners. The
external case of the unit is made of plastic that may
be damaged by scrubbers, chemicals, etc. DO NOT
use toilet cleansers, home cleansers, bleach, detergent,
benzene, paint thinner, cresol (Lysol), sand paper, etc.
4. To release the seat cover, pull left hing out and up.
Release right hinge. Be careful not to catch fi ngers.

Freeze Prevention During Winter
1. Make sure power cord is plugged in and water supply
is on.
2. Press "Water" and set temperature to low or middle.
3. If not using appliance for an extended period of time,
unplug the unit and drain water from seat, tank, and
hoses. See Seat Removal section for more information.
