InTRoDUCTIon To ColD PREss JUICER Cold press juicing technology operates via a chewing (mastication) method to produce high quality juice from each fruit and vegetable . The single juicing screw first crushes, then compresses and squeezes out the juice . There are no fast-spinning blades that cut and pulverize the fruits and vegetables to produce juice .

Watching through the clear processing bowl, attach the base of the crushing auger through the processing bowl’s center hole and over the motor base spindle . (See Figure 4 . ) Make sure the crushing auger drops down and rests flush against the bottom of the processing bowl . When securely attached, the crushing auger will not turn on the motor base .
