Compatible heat sources

BRA Excellent pressure cooker models are compatible with all sources of
heat, including induction.
• On electric hobs, the use of a range with diameter equal to or less
than the exterior of the pressure cooker is recommended.
• On glass-ceramic hobs, verifying that the exterior of the cooker is
clean and completely free of residue is recommended.
• On gas hobs, it is recommended that the flames never exceed the
diameter of the cooker base.
• On induction hobs, the use of a range with diameter equal to or
slightly less than (covering at least 70%) the diameter of the
exterior of the pressure cooker is recommended.
Double pressure
The pressure cooker has a valve which
allows it to be used under two different
pressures:
Low pressure: 1
fast cooking (0,6 kg/cm2).
High pressure: 2
super fast cooking (1 kg/cm2).
The selection of the pressures depends on the type of food, on the system
with which it is to be used - diet or conventional - and on the speed at which
you wish the food to be cooked.
Low pressure: Diet cooking. Fast cooking.
High pressure: Traditional cooking. Super-fast cooking.
