This warranty covers this appliance and all its parts, components and labor in the terms provided for herein, as of the date of
purchase or the date on which the user receives the product, submitting the relevant proof of purchase, and with the following
considerations:
This warranty covers the following models:
WRB311DMBM
Manufacturing defects that prevent the appliance from working partially or fully.
Repair or replacement of parts or components as determined by the Authorized Service Center.
Labor and carriage costs derived from a claim made under the warranty, within our service network.
When the product has not been used according to the Use and Care Guide.
When the product has been used in Commercial or Industrial use conditions.
Labor and service to:
o
Correct the general connection of an appliance NOT installed by a Whirlpool-authorized technician.
o
Explanation of Use and Demonstration of how your appliance operates.
o
Changes or Repairs made at home: Plumbing, Masonry, Electricity, among others.
Service Calls to replace bulbs, air and water filters.
Aesthetic damage, when the product is exposed to the outdoors.
Damage to the equipment or any other part due to inadequate voltage, defective electrical installations, and/or fluctuations
in the power supply.
Damage caused by accidents, alterations, undue use, misuse, incorrect installation, or any installation failing to observe
the requirements mentioned in the product Installation Instructions.
Aesthetic damage, including scratches, dents, chips, or any other damage to the appliance's finish not reported at the time
of delivery.
Movement of the appliance at the customer's request.
Product repairs performed by any person NOT authorized by Whirlpool and/or the use of NON-original parts.
Damage caused by relocation and reinstallation of the appliance, if installed in an inaccessible place or not installed
in accordance with the Installation Instructions published by Whirlpool.
Spare parts or labor in appliances with model/serial numbers that have been removed, altered or cannot be easily
ascertained.
Damage caused by elements external to the equipment (e.g., coins, buttons, clothing accessories, etc.)
Damage caused by the improper use of products such as chemical or abrasive cleaners, not manufactured, intended, and/or
recommended for cleaning appliances.
Damage to glass, porcelain or plastic parts, cabinet paint or, in general, damage to the aesthetic parts of the product caused
by normal product wear and tear or misuse.
Damage caused by accidents, floods, earthquakes, fires, natural disasters or, in general, any natural or human event that can
be regarded as an act of God or force majeure.
Damage caused by harmful fauna (rodents, insects, or any other animals).
Normal wear and tear of the product and/or its accessories.
General product maintenance tasks not resulting from failures and/or not related to repairs arising from enforceability of the
warranty.
Procedure to file a warranty claim:
If the end buyer believes that one of the events covered by this warranty has occurred, they should call the Whirlpool Contact
Center from Monterrey, N.L. and its metropolitan area at 83.29.21.00. From elsewhere in the Republic, please call 01 (81)
83.29.21.00 to request warranty service. Repair time will not exceed 30 days from the date of the request. On the date of service,
submit the Warranty with the appliance's Identification Form data, as well as proof of the date of purchase or receipt of the
product.

Warranty period:

This warranty is valid for 1 year for all parts and labor, and from the 2nd to the 10th for the compressor (not including
labor), starting on the refrigerator's date of receipt by the consumer.

This document must be submitted for any
proceedings relating to the warranty for products
purchased in the Mexican Republic. If you bought
your product in another country, contact the
shop/distributor who sold it to you.
The buyer must keep this document in a safe
place.
The consumer may file a warranty claim with the
manufacturer from whom they purchased the
product. If you lose the warranty certificate, the
manufacturer will issue a new warranty after you
submit the respective proof of purchase or invoice.
