Problem
Steam nozzle will not froth up the
milk.
If it is not possible to establish the cause of the failure, contact an approved repairer.
Never take the machine apart !

Possible cause
The nozzle is blocked or
furred up.
The milk is too hot.
The container is an unsuitable
shape.
You are using skimmed milk.
Solutions
Descale the nozzle according to
the para graph on " D E S C A L I N G "o r
use a needle to unbl o ck (fig. 2 1 ) .
Use cool milk.
Use a small jug.
Use full-cream or semi-skimmed
milk preferably.
