Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and
balance at all times. This enables better control of
the air tool in unexpected situations.
Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing
or jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves
away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery
or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
If devices are provided for the connection of
dust extraction and collection facilities, ensure
these are connected and properly used. Use of
dust collection can reduce dust-related hazards.
Do not directly inhale the exhaust air. Avoid
exposing the eyes to exhaust air. The air tool's
exhaust air can contain water, oil, metal particles
and debris from the compressor. This can cause
damage to one's health.
Air tool use and care
Use the clamping devices or a vice to secure
and support the workpiece. Holding the work-
piece by hand or against your body will not allow
for safe operation of the air tool.
Do not overload the air tool. Use the air tool
intended for your work. The correct air tool will do
the job better and safer at the rate for which it is
designed.
Do not use a air tool that has a defective on /
off switch. A air tool that cannot be controlled with
the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
Disconnect the air supply before making any
adjustments, changing accessories, or when not
using for extended periods. This safety measure
prevents accidental starting of the air tool.
Store idle air tools out of the reach of children.
Do not allow persons unfamiliar with the air tool or
these instructions to operate the device. Air tools
are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
Maintain the air tool with care. Check for mis-
alignment or binding of moving parts, breakage
of parts and any other condition that may affect
the air tool's operation. Have damaged parts re-
paired before using the air tool. Many accidents
are caused by poorly maintained air tools.
Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly
maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges
are less likely to bind and are easier to control.
Use the air tool, accessories, application tools,
etc. according to these instructions. Take into con-
sideration the working conditions and the activities
to be carried out. This reduces the development of
dust, vibrations and noise to the greatest extent.
The air tool should be set up, adjusted or used
exclusively by qualified and trained operators.
The air tool may not be modified in any way.
Modifications can reduce the effectivity of the safe-
ty measures and increase the risks for the operator.
Service
Have your air tool repaired only through a quali-
fied repair person and only using original replace-
ment parts. This will ensure that the safety of the
air tool is maintained.
Safety warnings
Before commencing operation
These air tools is only intended for the spray-
ing of liquid. Do not use for any other purpose. In
particular, do not use for spraying solid materials
(sand).
Never use oxygen, combustible or any other
bottle gas instead air compressor. It would cause
explosion and serious personal injury.
Use clean, dry and regulate compressed air,
never exceed maximum permissive operating
pressure.
Spraying inflammable materials increases the
risk of fire or explosion, so please follow all the
required precautions and ensure that there are
fire-extinguishing means on site.
After handling inflammable materials (for
example, after mixing or thinning paint or after
cleaning any parts of the air tool) remove all used
containers and the cloth, as they may cause fire.
Make sure that the area where the works will
take place is properly ventilated - gases or vapors
generated during work may be harmful to your
health and increase the risk of fire or explosion.
Do not work near the sources of open fire or
sparks, hot objects, engines.
Do not spray materials having a flash point
below 21°С - this increases the risk of fire or
explosion.
Prior to spraying the material, carefully read
manufacturer's instructions in order to undertake
the appropriate safety measures.
Do not spray unknown materials or materials
with unknown dangers.
Do not spray any materials that can damage
the air tool; if the air tool breaks as a result, your
warranty will be voided. Spraying acids, alkalis,
materials containing abrasive particles, materials
containing lead, liquid glass, excessively thick
materials, and other materials that are difficult to
spray or to form drops is strictly prohibited.
