• Never use the following halogenated hydro-
carbon solvents (methyl chloride, dichlorometh-
ane, 1.2 - dichloromethane, carbon tetrachloride,
trichloroethylene, 1.1.1 - trichloroethane). They
can cause cracks or dissolution on air tool body
(aluminum) by chemical reaction.
During operation
• Use personal protective equipment - special
clothing, glasses, gloves, and closed shoes.
• Use special masks intended for the protection
of respiratory system from harmful substance va-
pors. Please note! The use of dust masks or
respirators will not assure the required effect -
you may suffer severe intoxication.
• Smoking during spraying inflammable materi-
als is strictly prohibited.
• While working, do not direct the stream of the
sprayed material onto yourself, other individu-
als, or animals. The stream may pierce your skin
(even through gloves) and inject the sprayed
material - in such a case seek medical attention
immediately.
Please bear in mind that during working the
•
surrounding air fills with "mist" consisting of fine
droplets of the sprayed material that subsequently
settles on surrounding surfaces. The surfaces on
which the "mist" precipitation is unwanted should
be covered. When working outside, the "mist" is
exposed to wind, which may lead to negative con-
sequences (unwanted painting of objects, causing
harm to health, environmental contamination).
Depending on the spray, the gun may charge
•
electrostatically. This spray guns is therefore
provided earthed via the hose connection. Use
it only with an electrically conductive hose.
Otherwise, it may cause arcing, which can cause
the user to accidents or serve as a spark for
flammable substances.
After finishing operation
• The air tool must be cleaned after each use
as described below. Failure to clean or improper
cleaning may cause breakage of the air tool,
which will void the warranty.
• Dispose of the sprayed material residues
(paint materials, solvents, etc.) in strict compli-
ance with the manufacturer's instructions.
