and the treated surface should be constant - this
will ensure that the material is sprayed evenly.
•
Smoothly move the spray gun as shown in
figure 10.3. Each successive strip should partially
overlap the preceding one. Do not delay the spray
gun in one spot - this will cause drips.
Do not interrupt spraying within the treated
•
surface.
•
Do not allow reservoir 7 to empty when
working. Tube 20 should be immersed in the
liquid at all times, otherwise the spraying process
will be stopped, and the surface will be treated
unevenly.
Maintenance
Before execution of any procedures, discon-
nect air tool from compressor.
Cleaning the air tools (see. fig. 11-14)
•
It should be thoroughly washed after each use
air tools, otherwise it may fail, in which case you
lose the right to warranty repair.
•
Drain spray material residues from the
reservoir 7.
Rinse the reservoir 7 with solvent, after that
•
solvent drain.
•
Pour clean solvent into the reservoir 7 and
spray it, like when painting.
Remove the reservoir 7 as shown in fig-
•
ures 1-2, 4-5.
•
Disassemble air tool, consistently performing
operations shown in figures 11-14.
•
Notes to figures 11-14:
•
all parts of air tool should be thoroughly
rinsed with a brush 12 and a solvent;

before twisting the nozzle 1 press the
on / off switch 4, to prevent sticking of the
needle 22;

when extracting the needle 22 after
unscrewing the regulator 9, press several
times on the on / off switch 4 and the fingers
pull the needle 22. It is strictly forbidden to
extract the needle 22 with the help of any tools
(pliers, tongs, etc.);
•

Note: strictly forbidden to clean the
air cap holes 2 and nozzle 1 with
solid objects (needles, wires, etc.).
This will damage these details and will
invalidate the warranty.
•
Assembly do in the reverse order.
•
After assembly of air tool blow it compressed
air.
•
Wipe the parts of air tool with cotton cloth.
Environmental protection
Recycle raw materials instead of
disposing as waste.
Air tool, accessories and packaging
should be sorted for environment-
friendly recycling.
