hours. If the battery voltage is too low, the red
LED will flash at eight-second intervals and the
motion detector will send a low battery signal to
the receiver. A trouble will then be generated and
transmitted to the central monitoring station. The
red LED will flash rapidly when the motion
detector transmits a signal to the receiver.
DIP switch 1 OFF = LED deactivated
DIP switch 1 ON = LED activated (default)
Single/Dual Edge Processing (DIP 2)
This option determines the DSP (Digital Signal
Processing) of the detector. Single Edge
Processing should be used in normal
environments with minimal sources of
interference. Dual Edge Processing provides
better false alarm rejection if the detector is
placed near sources of interference that can
adversely affect it.
DIP switch 2 OFF = Dual Edge
DIP switch 2 ON = Single Edge (default)
DIP switches 3 and 4 are reserved for future
use.
