The indicated times allow for optimal recipe management:
Mould transfer: indicates the precise time after the start of the program the dough will be transferred
to the moulds. An acoustic signal will be sounded (5 BEEPS + 10 BEEPS at the end of the 30 minutes
intended for the operation).
For Program #4, 70 minutes after starting.
For Program #11, 90 minutes after starting.
NOTE: the time required for the mould transfer cannot be reduced. DO NOT PRESS ANY BUTTON
DURING THE PAUSE REQUIRED BY THE PROGRAM.
Blade extraction: indicates the exact time when the mixing blades can be removed in the
programs using the "loaf" accessory or when to sprinkle some seeds on top of the bread.
Extracting the blades is useful to facilitate extracting the bread or cake from the container after
baking. In bread programs, the indicated time corresponds to the beginning of the last rising
