Open the lid (1) and hold it still to prevent getting your hands caught.
Remove the loaf container (17) by rotating the handle (17A) completely anti-clockwise.
Tilt the loaf container (17) on one side and, with your floured hand, move the dough over
the first mixing blade (17C).
Remove the mixing blade (17C).
Level out the dough evenly.
Reinsert the load container (17) into the baking chamber (5) and close the lid (1)
WARNING! The kneading blades must be removed
exactly when indicated in the table of programs. If
they are removed before then, the dough may rise
too much and come out from the pan while baking.
Only for programs that require the use of the moulds (18) ( 4 and 11): transferring
the dough into the moulds (18)
Once the first part of rising is complete, the machine emits 5 BEEPS and remains in stand-
by for 30 minutes. After this period of time the machine emits 10 BEEPS to alert the start of
the baking phase.

Remove the loaf container (17) by rotating it completely anti-clockwise by grasping it from
the handle (17A).
Remove the dough and transfer it to the specific moulds:
divide the dough in four equal parts (fig. I) and transfer it to the moulds (18), previously
oiled with olive oil or butter and flour (cakes).
Insert the moulds on the mould support (19) (fig. L). Insert the mould support in the baking
chamber (5) (fig.M).
Close the lid (1).
The machine emits 10 BEEPS after 30 minutes. The program begins another rising session
and continues in automatic mode.
NOTE:
the time required for the mould transfer cannot be reduced. DO NOT PRESS
ANY BUTTON DURING THE PAUSE REQUIRED BY THE PROGRAM.
Phase 3: BAKING
The duration of this phase depends on the chosen program.
End of the bread-making process
At the end of the bread-making process, the machine emits 10 BEEPS and the initial screen
is displayed. Disconnecting the plug (4) from the socket.
Carefully open the lid (2) to avoid being scalded by the baking steam.
Loaf:
Hold the lid (1) still with one hand to prevent getting your hands caught.
Grasp the handle with gloves (17A) and turn it completely anti-clockwise.
Turn the load container over (17) and knock it downwards to extract the bread.
