If necessary, remove the mixing blade (17C) from the bread using the specific hook (20),
inserting it into the hole inside the mixing blade (17C) and applying gentle leverage on the
wall inside the hole (fig. N).

Moulds:
Remove the support (19) by grasping the relevant handles while wearing gloves.
Remove the moulds (18) from the support (19).
Turn the mould upside down to remove the bread.

from the cooking chamber when opening the lid of the
appliance.

to open the lid and to remove containers.
WARNING! Risk of crushing.The lid may close accidentaly.

PARTIAL PROGRAMS FOR KNEADING OR BAKING ONLY

The machine has one program for the kneading and rising session alone and a program for
the baking phase.
The baking program can be used immediately after the kneading and rising.
Kneading program (8)
The program carries out the kneading session alone followed by two rising sessions.
Select program 8 by pressing the MENU button (16).
Press the START/STOP button (10): the kneading session starts, followed by the first
rising session.
Baking program (12)
The program runs the baking phase only It can be used to prolong the bread-making cycle
just completed.
Select program 12 by pressing the MENU button (10).
Set the desired baking time ranging between a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 60
minutes, pressing the + and - buttons (13).
Press the START/STOP button (10): the baking program starts immediately.
Some programs allow you to use the delayed start so that bread can be ready up to the
13 hours later. Do not use this function with perishable ingredients or with gluten-free flour.
