7.5 SQUEEGEE ASSEMBLY
Lightly tighten the knobs (Photo 21 - A) on the fix-
ing bolts of the squeegee (Photo 23 - B); place the
squeegee on the support by inserting the pins into
the slots located on the support of the squeegee
(Photo 21 - B).
Fix the squeegee to the support tightening the two
knobs (Photo 22).
Firmly insert the suction hose from the machine in
the connection pipe on the squeegee body (Photo
22 - D).
7.6 SQUEEGEE DISASSEMBLY
Disconnect the suction hose from the connection
pipe on the squeegee body (Photo 22 - D).
Loosen the two knobs (Photo 21 - A) and pull the
squeegee to free it from its seat.
7.7 SQUEEGEE ADJUSTMENT
The knob screw placed on the squeegee support
(Photo 22 - B) adjust the squeegee inclination to
the ground. The two red knobs on the sides (Photo
22 - A), connected to the rear wheels of the squee-
gee, are to adjust the pressure of the squeegee on
the ground.
When the squeegee is perfectly adjusted, the rear
squeegee blade, sliding as it moves, bends in all
points forming an angle of 45° with the floor.
During the machine work it is possible to operate
on the knobs (Photo 22 - B) (Photo 22 - A) to ad-
just the angle and pressure of the squeegee so that
the drying is uniform along the entire length of the
squeegee.
Damp patches mean that drying is insufficient; ro-
tate the adjusting wheels to optimize drying.
