7.9.4 CLEANING OF THE CLEANING SOLU-
TION FILTER
Make sure the solution tank is empty.
Unscrew the filter cap (Photo 29 - A) and remove
the inner wire mesh filtering component.
Clean the filtering component with running water
to remove obstructions and dirt.
After washing, replace the filtering component in
its housing and close the filter screwing tightly the

7.10 DRAINING THE RECOVERY TANK
The dirty water must be drained in accordance with
national regulations.
The user is completely responsible for ensuring
compliance with such rules.
When the cleaning solution it is over, before pro-
ceeding to fill the tank (see 7.9) it is necessary to
always empty the recovery tank.
In general, the recovery tank can be emptied when-
ever required, and even during intermediate phases
of the work cycle.
The volume of the tank recovery is greater than the
solution tank volume, so you should never experi-
ence a situation of potential danger to the suction
motor; at any rate, there is a safety floating switch
(Photo 3 - B ) which stops the suction motor if the
level of the dirty water is excessive.
(
) If water or foam starts leaking from under the
tanks for any reason, immediately turn off the suc-
tion motor and empty the recovery tank.

the dirty water and preferably near a toilet or a
sewer drain (comply with the national regulations
for waste water disposal).
- The drainage of the recovery tank can be made
through the drain hose placed at the rear left of the
machine (Picture 30 - A).
- Disconnect the hose from its housing (Photo 31)
and place it at the sewer drain.
- Tighten the rubber sleeve to adjust the drain flow
(Photo 31); unscrew the cap of the drain hose and
wait for the complete emptying of the tank.
- After draining, close the hose with the cap and re-

place it in its slot.
After emptying, check the amount of residual dirt in
the recovery tank by lifting the hood and, if neces-
sary, wash the recovery tank.
