muscles, with accumulation of toxins. The
pain can then become continuous or
appear after only a few minutes spent
working in an unfavourable position (for
example, working in front of a computer
screen). These chronic pains can be
treated effectively with the
programme which, in addition to
combating pain, reactivates the circulation
and relaxes the stiff muscles.
