5. C- Install Heat Shrink Tubing On Buss Wires
5.C.1. Slide the 3 mm (0.125") ID Small shrink tubes over the bare Buss Wires (44 mm (1.75") tube on
long Buss Wire, 19 mm (0.75") tube on short Buss Wire) and shrink with heat gun.
5.C.2. Cut 12 mm (0.5") ID Medium shrink tube into
two 25.4 mm (1") pieces and slide piece over
both Buss Wires covering only the first 6 mm
(0.25") of the Buss Wires. Shrink with heat gun until
completely shrunk.
5.C.2. While still warm, spread Buss Wires and
squeeze with needle nose pliers.
