1.
Let some solder melt on the soldering tip after work.
This is to protect the soldering tip during the period of non-use.
Excess solder can be wipped off on the wet cleaning sponge
after refreshing for the next use.
2.
Place the soldering iron in the holder.
3.
Turn the soldering station OFF with the ON/OFF switch.
4.
Let the soldering iron and the soldering station cool down
fully before storing.
The soldering station will remember the last set temperature
after turning off.
Material damage
•
Never bridge a defective fuse.
•
Only use a fuse of the same type as a replacement.
See chapter 2.4 „Technical data".
1.
Unplug the mains plug from the earthing contact socket.
2.
Unscrew the fuse holder on the backside of the devcice
with a suitable screwdriver counter clockwise.
3.
Replace the fuse with a new one.
4.
Screw in the fuse holder in clockwise direction again.
Material damage
•
Pull the mains plug and let the device cool down fully before
cleaning or storing.
•
Use only a stiff brush and a moist cloth to clean the unit.
•
Avoid exerting excessive pressure on the LC display.
•
Allow the unit to dry completely before the next use.
•
Do not use detergents or chemicals.
•
Store cool and dry.
•
Store the product out the reach of children and in a dry and
dust-protected ambience when not in use.
•
Keep and use the original packaging for transport.
•
Avoid stresses such as heat and cold, moisture and direct
sunlight, microwaves, vibrations and mechanical pressure.
