5.9.2 Water connections (fig. 5.9)
Connect stove to the heating system through
the flow and return tubes (D-E).
Collegare il circuito idraulico dell'acquedotto al
tubo di sicurezza (B).
Connect the water circuit of the aqueduct to
the safety tube (B)
Prepare a waste tube, of appropriate diameter,
to which to connect the discharge of the safety
valve (G) and the discharge tube of the safety
heat sink (C).
After making the water connections, it is necessary
to proceed to load the boiler (tap J) and the related
vent (L), checking the pressure (1-1.2 bar cold) via
the pressure gauge on the side of the stove (M).
If necessary, make sure that the closed expansion
vessel preload (K) is correct.
MAXIMUM OPERATING PRESSURE: 2.5 bar
It is good practice to proceed with washing the
system before commissioning the operational
system with its final load.
To ensure permanent high efficiency and long life
of the product, a water softener is recommended
to ensure that the water hardness of the system
is less than 25-27 French degrees and to add
anti-algae treatment to the system's water as
necessary.
