5.4 Environmental conditions

The mobile heating oil/diesel filling station
CUBE-Tank Mobil 1,000 l / 1,500 l should not be
exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods
during transport or storage. Excessive heating
can result in deformation of the high-grade
plastic tank. Suitable storage conditions are
max. - 10 °C to + 40 °C.

6. Accessories

The following accessories are available for
the mobile heating oil/diesel filling station
CUBE-Tank Mobil 1,000 l / 1,500 l:
• LED instrument lighting with motion sensor
and battery (Order code 10378)

7. Maintenance

The mobile heating oil/diesel filling station
CUBE-Tank Mobil 1,000 l / 1,500 l should be
checked at regular intervals for damage to the
tank and leaks at the fittings. Defective parts
must be replaced.
Dirt or diesel residue adhering to the tank must
be removed immediately.
Note
The filling station must always be kept
in a usable condition.

8. Inspections/Use

The mobile heating oil/diesel filling station
CUBE-Tank Mobil 1,000 l / 1,500 l must be sub-
jected to a satisfactory inspection with regard to
the external condition and flawless function of
the operating equipment every two and a half
years in accordance with ADR 6.5.4.4.1b.
In accordance with ADR 6.5.4.4.1b, all metal
IBCs, rigid plastic IBCs and combination IBCs
for transporting liquid or solid substances that
are filled or emptied under pressure must be
subjected to an initial inspection (i.e. before the
IBC is used for transportation for the first time),
an inspection following repair and leak testing at
intervals of at most two and a half years. These
tests must be performed by an expert. The test
protocol on the rear of these operating instruc-
tions must be completed in full and signed.
If the test is passed, the test date (month/year,
e.g. 01/14) must be entered on the name plate
in waterproof ink.
The mobile heating oil/diesel filling station
CUBE-Tank Mobil 1,000 l / 1,500 l as a rigid
plastic IBC can be used for transport for 5 years
in accordance with ADR 4.1.1.15. Thereafter,
the filling station may continue to be used as
a storage tank only. The name plate bearing
the UN approval number must be removed for
this purpose.

9. Warranty

Under our general terms and conditions of trade
we warrant that the equipment will be produced
free from defects in materials, functionality or
workmanship. These can be inspected at
http://www.cemo.de/agb.html
The warranty applies only under the condition
that the above operating and maintenance
instructions and all applicable regulations are
closely followed.
Modification of the filling station by the customer
without consultation with the manufacturer
CEMO GmbH invalidates any claims under the
statutory warranty.
