When empty, the Blue-Mobil Easy can be carried
by the grip hollows on the front and sides.
There are slots underneath the container for
forklifts. No more than three empty containers
or two full containers should be stacked on each
other. For secure locking, there are four cams on
the top of the container.

6.2 Filling of vehicles/containers

Lift the delivery nozzle (13) out of the holder and
insert the spout fully into the container/tank to be
filled.
Switch on the power supply and then the pump.
To start the flow of urea solution, squeeze the
operating lever and if required, use the small trap
to set the hold open latch at the desired position.
The delivery nozzle shuts off automatically when
the container/vehicle tank is full. To stop the flow
before the tank is full, squeeze the lever briefly to
disengage it from the latch and then let it go.
Once the spout has drained, remove the nozzle
from the filling connection and wind up the hose.
Replace the delivery nozzle in its holder. Switch
off the pump.
Never keep the pump running for too long if the
container is empty. It can only run on empty to a
limited extent and can be damaged by overheating.
During fuelling, do not kink the delivery hose
and do not leave it wound on the container's
integrated hose reel.
Important: The fuelling process must be fully
supervised.
Note:
Container ventilation and pressure
relief are performed automatically
by the integrated valve (3).

6.3 Environmental conditions

The Blue-Mobile Easy should not be exposed
to direct sunlight for extended periods during
transport or storage. The container is made from
high-quality non-transparent plastic. In direct
sunlight it can get very hot, which has a negative
impact on the quality of the urea solution and
can also warp the container.
Protect your system, for example by covering
it. Warping caused by heat does not constitute
grounds for complaint.
Ideal storage conditions for urea solution are
within a temperature range of - 5 °C to + 25 °C.
10
Above + 25 °C ammonia gas begins to form.
If this should occur then adequate ventilation of
the surroundings must be provided for. Below
- 11 °C, urea solution freezes and may damage
the system. The container plastic becomes
sensitive to impact in low temperatures or frost.
For use in temperatures below - 5 °C we
recommend using the "insulation package"
accessory - see section 7.
