download and install the Ninebot by Segway App.
Please note that there are multiple Ninebot by Segway models with different functions, and some of the functions mentioned herein may

All products are delivered with a free of charge standard warranty that may vary depending on your region and product starting from the
date of your purchase. Please make sure to keep your receipt to identify your purchase location and date. All after sales regulations shall

accurate respond, please prepare your Serial Number (which you can find on the package and your product with format of e.g.
