7. kEY CONTACT (16-614)
7.1. Description
With the key contact module you can control 2 relays of the interface by means of a normal key. You can
control 2 separate electric door openers or make an open/close control. Turn the key to the left or the right
to resp. control relay 1 and relay 2 of the interface. The key contact module is used in combination with
other modules from the range Access Control Design. The shutoff valve that is placed in front of the lock
can be personalized on demand by engraving a house number, name, logo... (ref. for custom-made goods:
16-614-99). Please send a completed form for custom-made goods (available at Niko, the wholesaler
and the sales representatives of Niko) to Niko NV (address at the back of this user manual).
7.2. Installation
First mount the modules that have to be placed on top of the key contact module. Connect the
flat cable and mount the module in the external unit by means of the 4 supplied screws (see '2.
Mounting the modules').
