Load bicycle
Open larger hoop.
• Pull out red knob.
• Swing it into slot below.
• Tighten Securely.
PULL DOWN ON FRONT WHEEL
WHILE TIGHTENING KNOB!
Unload bicycle
To release the
strap, push the
red button.

Place front wheel
in smaller hoop.
If front wheel can
move or if you
cannot swing
the red knob into
the slot, CHECK
WHEEL SETTING.
Refer to step 17.
• Loosen red knob until
it swings free.
• Set it back into the
wheelrest.
• Push in until it "SNAPS".
Roll bicycle
forward and small
hoop will lever up.
Pull the strap
through wheel
spokes.
• Insert the strap end behind
• TIGHTEN the strap by
WILL SLIP
Do not let the strap
push against the
valve stem.
Roll back and lift
bike out.
Lower both hoops when not in use.
CENTER TIRE IN
WHEELGRIP.
CLOSE THE STRAP.

Loop cable around frame and insert silver post
into lock housing.
Lock King Cobra in between
If the wheel is still loose
in the tray slide the strap
in the tray until it rests
against the rim.
TIGHTEN AGAIN.
