control point has no effect
on the heating ramp.

7.2. Replacing a lost or broken control point

This reset is carried out if all the RTS control points
have been lost or broken.
Only switch off the power to the Heating Slim
Receiver RTS 2kW to be reset!
1) Cut the power supply for 2 seconds.
2) Switch the power supply back on for approximately
10 seconds (at least 5 seconds but no more than 15
seconds).
3) Cut the power supply for 2 seconds.
4) Switch the power supply back on: the heating lamp
ashes slowly.
5) Brie y press the PROG button on the new RTS control
point: the heating lamp will come on then go out to
indicate that the new RTS control point has been
programmed into the Heating Slim Receiver RTS
2kW.

7.3. Restoring the original con guration

This reset removes all control points.
Only switch off the power to the Heating Slim
Receiver RTS 2kW to be reset!
1) Cut the power supply for 2 seconds.
2) Switch the power supply back on for approximately 10
seconds (for at least 5 seconds but no longer than 15
seconds).
3) Cut the power supply for 2 seconds.
4) Switch the power supply back on: the heating lamp
ashes slowly.
5) Press the PROG button on the RTS control point until
the heating lamp comes on then goes out twice in
succession: all control points have been removed.
- Follow the procedures in the section entitled
"Commissioning" to add RTS control points.

Heating Slim Receiver RTS 2kW / Heating Slim Receiver RTS 2kW Plug
The control point has not been
programmed into the Heating Slim
Receiver RTS 2kW.
The batteries in the control point are
weak.
Radio interference prevents the
operation of the RTS control point and
Heating Slim receiver RTS 2kW.
The control point used is not compatible
with the Heating Slim Receiver RTS
2kW.
The power supply is faulty.
One or more heating lamps is blown.
The heating lamp or lamps linked to the
Heating Mod/Var Receiver RTS 2kW are
in excess of 2000 W.
Follow the procedure for adding
an RTS control point - see section
entitled "Adding/Removing
RTS control points".
Replace the batteries, using the same
battery model.
Turn off any radio equipment nearby.
Ensure the two products are
compatible.
Check the power supply.
Replace the heating lamp(s).
Use a more powerful heating receiver.
