Maintain a minimum clearance of 36 inches (91 cm) between all sides of grill, deck railings, walls or
other combustible material. Not adhering to these clearances may prevent proper ventilation and can
increase the risk of a fi re and/or property damage, which could also result in personal injury. DO NOT
use grill under overhead unprotected combustible construction.
DO NOT use or install this grill in or on a recreational vehicle and/or boat.
DO NOT build this model grill in any built-in or slide in construction.
If a bristle brush is used to clean any of the cooking surfaces, ensure no loose bristles remain on the
cooking surfaces prior to grilling as loose bristles may attach to food.
DO NOT store items in cart that can catch fi re or damage your grill (such as swimming pool supplies/
chemicals, table cloth, wood chips).
Grill is hot when in use. To avoid burns:
DO NOT attempt to move the grill.
Block the wheels so the unit does not accidentally move.
Wear protective gloves or oven mitts.
DO NOT touch any hot grill surfaces.
DO NOT wear loose clothing or allow hair to come in contact with grill.
Not for commercial use. DO NOT use this grill for anything other than its intended purpose.

GENERAL FRYER WARNINGS:

When cooking with oil or grease, the thermometer provided MUST be used. Follow instructions in
this manual for proper installation and use of the thermometer. If the thermometer supplied with this
fryer/boiler has been lost or damaged, a replacement thermometer must be obtained before using
this fryer. Use only replacement thermometer # 072-0012-0. This thermometer can be obtained by
contacting The Brinkmann Corporation at 1-800-527-0717 .
Never allow the oil/grease to get hotter than 400°F (200°C). If the temperature exceeds 400°F (200°C)
or if oil begins to smoke, immediately turn the burner or gas supply OFF and wait for the temperature
to decrease to less than 350°F (175°C) before relighting burner. If there is a lid (cover), do not remove
the lid as oxygen will feed a fi re.
Never use a cooking vessel larger than the 7 quart capacity and 10 1/2" diameter.
Never overfi ll the cooking vessel with oil, grease or water. Follow instructions in this manual for
establishing proper oil, grease or water levels. (page 15)
Note: Never fi ll cooking vessel more than half full of cooking liquid.
This appliance is not for frying turkeys.
When cooking with oil/grease, have a type BC or ABC fi re extinguisher readily available. In the event
of an oil/grease fi re immediately call the Fire Department. Do not attempt to extinguish with water. A
Type BC or ABC fi re extinguisher may, in some circumstances, contain the fi re.
