 Openings between the edge protection systems and other constructions must be as small as
possible, however, must not exceed 120 mm for principle guardrails and 20 mm for the
toeboard.
 Only concrete paving slabs 50x25 cm with a maximum thickness of 5 cm and at least 11.5 kg
weight each may be used as weighting material.

end post. These must be equipped with a double weight (see schematic diagram).
 During the preparation phase: Roughly spread the basic elements, counterweight holders and
concrete slabs along the length of guardrail to be installed in line with the installation
requirements.
