During Assembly
• Make sure the base is square by measuring the diagonals and level by using a spirit level.
• You may use silicone lubricant spray in order to help you slide the panels into the profiles.
• Do not spray the polycarbonate panels.
• Use a rubber mallet if necessary.
When encountering the information icon, please refer to the relevant
assembly step for additional comments and assistance.
Attention
• During assembly use a soft surface below the parts to avoid scratches and damages.
• If you are fixing your greenhouse directly to a solid concrete foundation use the pre drilled holes
in the metal base supplied.
Steps
Step 3: Profile 821 should be placed on the left hand side to be connected to profile 822.
Profile 821 is the one with the connector at the end.
Step 4: After connecting profiles 816 to each other clean the connection area using a cloth. Place
the cover strip on the conection only when it is clean and dry. press the cover strip from one side
of the connection to the other as mentioned in picture 4.
Step 7: Profile 800 & 801 should be aligned and connected according to the illustration on page 7
a & b. plug 23 should be inserted to each connection while the two dots on the front of the plug
should be in horizontal position for easy assembly.
Step 9: Use part 95 as a template in order to measure the gap between posts 800 & 801 of the
greenhouse wall and roof area.
Step 10: Profile 806 should be placed on the right hand side. Profile 805 should be placed on the left
hand side when viewed from the front.
Step 11: Slide the panel 7011 till the end of the rail and insert it into it's final position as shown in
illustartion c .
Step 12: Profile 808 should be placed on the right.Profile 803 + 807 should be placed on the left.
Profile 804 should be placed on the right.
Step 15: Be careful to assemble the window in the position as shown on picture 16 a. profile 809
should be placed while the vent is closed to cover any gap. Ensure profile 809 is fitted correctly as
shown on picture 16 b. The lip on 809 should face toward the gutter.
Step 18: Slide the panel 7011 till the end of the rail and insert it into it's final position as
shown in illustartion a and b.
Step 19: Step inside the greenhouse and turn all 23 plugs a 1/4 of a turn clockwise.
Step 20: Profiles 814 should be inserted from the four corners of the greenhouse, then
insert profile 815 in between them.
Step 22: Ensure you use long screw 450 to secure the door catch 43 as shown in
illustration b.
Step 24: Bend the tab lock from the inside after bending the base parts, then lock it using
screw 447.
Step 27: You should tighten screw 97 when profiles 807 & 808 are aligned and connected.
Steps 25,40: Anchor the greenhouse, use suitable screws and plugs. (Screws and plugs
are not supplied).
* Please tighten all screws when completing assembly.

Screws 411 and nuts 466 are used throughout the assembly process.
•
Screws 411 are to be assembled from the outside and nuts 466 from the inside of the
greenhouse.
•
If not specified otherwise, do not fasten screws and nuts (411 & 466) for more
than 2- 3 turns.
Do not tighten them until completion of the panels' assembly.
These 2 icons indicate if screw's tightening is required or not.
•
However, in some steps, temporary tightening of a few screws may be needed to
prevent a profile from sliding out.
Note: Firmly connect the product to a level surface immediately after completion of the
assembly.
Anchoring this product to the ground is essential to its stability and rigidity. It is required
to complete this stage in order for your warranty to be valid.
