1 Canoes are limited to 14 feet or less on this
application.
55 Caution! Proper tower balance and tower
placement is critical for this installation. Be sure
that racks remain centered on the vehicle
throughout installation. Pay close attention to the
gold slider positions and increase adjustment post
in 1/2 to 1/4 turn increments; as necessary.
Alternate between towers until the gold sliders are
at equal levels in relation to the hash marks on the
towers and the cam covers close with firm and
equal resistance.
67 Maximum allowable weight load is 125 lbs. Load
is defined by the total weight of the Base Rack,
Mounts and gear.
78 Press firmly against the lower portion of the clip
while tightening the rack. This will properly locate
the clip against the door frame during installation.
81 All loads extending beyond the length of the roof
(except luggage boxes) must be secured to both
the front and rear of the vehicle, in addition to the
rack.
103 Due to crossbar spread limitation, KayakStacker is
not recommended on this application.
