TOMATO SOUP
Ingredients :
- 600 grams of ripe tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 an onion
- 450 ml of broth
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- A handful of basil leaves
- Salt and pepper
Recipe :
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and peel the garlic.
Put the tomatoes, garlic, onion, vegetable broth, sugar and basil in your heating blender.
Close the lid and select the "SMOOTH SOUP" program.
When the machine has finished the preparation (in about 35 minutes), add the fresh cream.
Pour the soup into bowls and season according to your taste.
1. Pour your ingredients into the jar.
2. Attach the main body of the device to the jar and plug in your blender.
All buttons will light on. Choose your program to turn on the device.
3. When the program is finished, the sound will be heard. Remove the
main body of the pitcher and serve.
