- This appliance is equipped with an electronic keypad device featuring a three digit
display and LED to perform and follow all the cooking operations, (see fig.

"Keypad").

− Here is a list of the procedures for a safe and correct use of the appliance.
2.2.1.

Give tension to the equipment:

- Connect the appliance by turning on the main switch of the net system; the LED of
the control board near the key (5) will lights up

Switch on the equipment:

− Press the key

Setting required temperature:

− To heat with the required temperature press the key
temperature value.
− With keys
may be selected the following values:

For mod. STEAM the power regulation (steam inlet) must be done with the knob on
the frontal panel of the equipment.

2.2. COOKING CYCLE

Low power (LO). The appliance will now operate in a fixed low-power
High power (HI). The appliance will now operate in a fixed high-power
The set value remain in the keypad memory (only for range
20÷110 ° C) also switching off the equipment.
If the set value are LO/HI, at the following start the value would
be automatically 110 ° C.
