The models equipped with optional PARI00... can chill down the food thanks to
cold water filling of the double-jacket.
2.4.1

COOLING CYCLE SETTING

Note: the cooling cycle is available only if a cooking time has been set.
After time and temperature setting (see .2.2.3 and 2.2.5/6) keep pressed
for 2 sec. (

Top display (8) shows the set value C10 and the cooking SETPOINT.
ATTENTION:
−
The cooling temperature SETPOINT must be higher than cooling
water temperature + (5÷10° C) .

The cooling temperature SETPOINT must be lower than cooking
temperature SETPOINT. Otherwise the kettle starts the jacket
emptying after cooking cycle.
− Turning off the equipment the SETPOINT remains on memory.
Cooling cycle must be activated any cooking.

select cooling cycle (C10) .
C = Cooling
10 = cooling temperature SETPOINT ° C
choose the temperature (range 0÷99° C)
or wait 4 seconds
